It is our aim to offer you a professional, friendly service. Those of us working at the Centre will give you a pleasant welcome and offer you a glass of water or a hot drink on arrival. All of us working at our Centre have needed counselling and help in the past and we know that it often takes courage and commitment to decide to change and make that first appointment to see someone.
We have disabled access and facilities. Our service is open throughout the year except for periods at Christmas and Easter. An appointment can be made to see a counsellor in the following ways:

- By telephone –01834 860330 Please leave a phone number/email address if you wish us to get back to you. You should hear from us within 48 hours but if you do not please phone again, answerphones can be unclear.

- By filling in the ‘Requesting an appointment online’ section below. If you choose this option, a member of the team will contact you to confirm the help you need.
Appointments are available between: 9am-7pm Mon – Friday. We have over 20 self-employed counsellors working out of our Centre and there is no waiting list. Some can offer later appointments or at weekends by arrangement.
Please note that due to the confidential process of counselling you cannot make/book an appointment for others. Counselling must be by self-referral.
Non-attendance – In the event of you not being able to attend a counselling session please cancel or re-schedule in advance. If you can do this within 24 hours of the appointment there will be no charge. If you cancel a few hours before the counsellor will have to make some charge as it costs them to hire the room at the Centre.
If you do not attend your appointment the counsellor may try to contact you but if there is no response they will assume that you no longer want to attend for counselling and your appointment time will be used to meet the needs of others.
