As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist I offer a variety of life enhancing techniques that will have positive benefits.  It will be a confidential collaborative relationship.  A realistic plan will be developed to help you move forward with courage. The counselling will enable you to become more aware of self and others.  This will ultimately improve self-esteem and will therefore help to make you feel better about yourself and who you are.My experience is with both Abuse (in all it’s forms) and with Grief.  I have successfully worked with abuse In both Barry, Cardiff and Pembrokeshire, with women and children for 2 years.  I worked with grief in CRUSE Berevemant Care for 4 years, my techniques help in many ways, not just death, but also divorce, abandonment, seperation etc and even the loss of your beloved pet
